25 local growers attend the Winter Farmers Market, bringing fresh, healthy food and products for your shopping convenience. Located in Building 41, Olmsted County Fairgrounds 9:00am until noon.

Fresh produce: Apples! Honey Crisp, Regent, Empire, Sweet Sixteen, Red Delicious and more. Beets, broccoli, brussel sprouts, cabbage (Napa, green, purple), carrots, cauliflower, collards, garlic (many varieties including giant roasting and mild to hotter types), garlic braids, greens, wild arugula, corn salad, kale, kohlrabi, onions (Walla Walla, Vadalia, Cioppolina), green onions, onion braids, parsnips, potatoes (Yukon Gold, Adirondack Blues, Norlands, Russets, fingerlings), pumpkins (decorative and edible, French Heirloom, Long Island Cheese, New England Pie), radishes (mild to hot, including lovely rose radishes), rutabagas, shallots, snow peas, spinach, tomatoes, turnips, and winter squash (spaghetti, Hubbard, buttercup, butternut, white and green acorn, Kabucha, Confection, Sunshing, sweet dumpling, delicata, and red curry.
Market meats & dairy: handcrafted cheeses, farm fresh eggs, USDA processed hormone free meatsand meats ranging from corn fed and grass fed beef, lamb, pork, chicken and turkey to organic goat, elk and bison.
